Stats & Facts: The win over Bayern Munich
A season of records
This 2024-2025 will no doubt live long in the memory. The team racked up their 47th win of the campaign, equalling the club record of 2015-2016. It also marked a fifth successive qualification for the semi-finals of a major international competition and a tenth in total, two more than any other French club.
Performing all over the pitch
Despite the quality of the opposition, Paris Saint-Germain are proving tough nuts to crack. Luis Enrique's men have now racked up six clean sheets in their last seven matches with only Botafogo able to find a way through. The capital club has also been effective at the opposite end of the pitch with 164 goals this season, the second-highest in the club's history behind only the 2017-2018 campaign (171).
The Parisians on top
With such impressive team statistics, it goes without saying that certain individuals have put up some big numbers too. Ousmane Dembélé scored his 40th goal of the season and registered his 34th goal involvement since the start of the year (26 goals, 8 assists), the most of any player in Europe's top five leagues during that timeframe.
Désiré Doué is not too far behind with 26 goal involvements in 2025 (14 goals, 12 assists), more than any other player aged 20 or less across Europe's top five leagues.
But it's not only the forwards shining. Midfielder João Neves has had a hand in three of the club's last five goals (2 goals, 1 assist), and defender Achraf Hakimi provided an assist for Dembélé's goal giving him a goal involvement in five successive knockout matches.
