Lucas Hernandez, Warren Zaïre-Emery, Désiré Doué, Bradley Barcola and Ousmane Dembélé were part of the France side that lost out 2-0 to Fabian Ruiz's Spain in the FIFA World Cup 2026 semi-final in Dallas.

In the starting XI, Bradley Barcola and Ousmane Dembélé couldn't prevent France's exit, nor could Désiré Doué, who came off the bench just before the hour mark. Fabian Ruiz started for Spain.
