About Paris Saint-Germain Handball
Founded in 1970 and winner of the UEFA Champions League in 2025, Paris Saint-Germain is France's most successful club and a benchmark in European football, combining sporting excellence, innovation and social commitment to shape the future of the sport. Since 2011, under the leadership of Qatar Sports Investments (QSI), it has established itself as a multi-sport institution (men's and women's football, handball, judo, Esports).
Since its acquisition by QSI in 2012, the handball section has risen to become one of the greatest teams in European handball, winning 23 national titles and qualifying for the Final4 of the EHF Champions League six times in eight seasons.
Over the seasons, the team's squad has included some of the world's best players, such as Mikkel Hansen, Luc Abalo, Thierry Omeyer, Daniel Narcisse and the Karabatic brothers, and has strengthened its ranks by developing young talent from its youth academy. This strategy has enabled the club to set new records, such as a perfect season in the 2021-2022 championship, with thirty wins in as many games.
With over 500 million fans and 230 million followers, it has become a global brand at the intersection of sport, culture and fashion, thanks in particular to its partnership with Jordan. In 2024, PSG inaugurated the Paris Saint-Germain Campus, a state-of-the-art €300 million complex. As a New Generation Club, Paris Saint-Germain combines sporting excellence, cultural influence and social impact to shape the future of sport and society.
