The French national team, featuring Parisians Lucas Hernandez, Warren Zaïre-Emery, Désiré Doué, Bradley Barcola and Ousmane Dembélé beat Iraq 3–0 on Monday 22nd June 2026 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, in their second Group I match of the group stage of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Ousmane Dembélé, who started the match, provided the assist for Les Bleus’ second goal, before scoring the third and making way for his club team-mate Désiré Doué. Bradley Barcola, who was also in the starting line-up, played for the vast majority of the match before being substituted late on.
