Born on 23 July 1991 in Płock, Poland, Kamil Syprzak began playing handball with his hometown club. A Polish champion in 2011, he confirmed his reputation as an outstanding scorer on the European stage and took a major step forward in the summer of 2015 when he joined Barcelona.
Over four seasons, Kamil Syprzak won 14 trophies, contributing to the Blaugranas’ domestic dominance as well as their IHF Super Globe triumphs in 2018 and 2019. The Poland international pivot joined Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2019, where he has continued to build his legacy.
In addition to the 11 trophies he has won with the capital club, Kamil has been named the French league’s best pivot three times (2022, 2023 and 2024). He also received the same distinction in the EHF Champions League for the 2021-22 campaign. The 2023-24 season ended with a historic achievement as he finished top scorer in both the French top flight (220 goals) and the EHF Champions League (112 goals).
