Following a top-of-the-table clash against HBC Nantes in a packed and electric Accor Arena, Stefan Madsen’s men secured another Liqui Moly StarLigue title. In a fiercely contested encounter that remained in the balance for much of the evening, Paris made the difference in the second half to claim a 34-31 victory and seal their 13th French championship title.
With this 13th French league crown, including a remarkable 12th consecutive title, Paris Saint-Germain Handball extends its own record for successive championships and continues its dominance at the pinnacle of French handball.
Roared on by their supporters in an exceptional atmosphere, the Rouge et Bleu once again demonstrated the consistency and high standards that have defined their season. This title is a reward for the commitment of the entire squad and the daily work carried out by the players and coaching staff.
It is also the Club’s 26th trophy since Paris Saint-Germain was acquired by QSI in the summer of 2012. During that period, the Parisians have won 13 French league titles, 5 French Cups, 3 French League Cups and 5 Champions Trophies.

Founded in 1970 and winners of the UEFA Champions League in 2025, Paris Saint-Germain is France’s most successful club and a leading force in European football. Since 2011, under the leadership of Qatar Sports Investments (QSI), it has established itself as a multi-sport organisation (men’s and women’s football, handball, judo, esports).
Since its takeover by QSI in 2012, the handball section has risen to become one of the top teams in European handball, winning 23 national titles and qualifying for the EHF Champions League Final4 six times in eight seasons. Over the seasons, the squad has included some of the world’s best players, such as Mikkel Hansen, Luc Abalo, Thierry Omeyer, Daniel Narcisse and the Karabatic brothers, and has strengthened its ranks by developing young talent from its youth academy. This strategy has enabled the club to set new records, such as the perfect league season in 2021–2022, with thirty wins from as many matches.
With over 500 million fans and 235,240,300 followers, it has become a global brand at the intersection of sport, culture and fashion, notably thanks to its partnership with Jordan. In 2024, PSG opened the PSG Campus, a state-of-the-art €300 million complex. As a New Generation Club, Paris Saint-Germain combines sporting excellence, cultural influence and social impact to shape the future of sport and society.
