That was my first match as a pro, and my first seven-meter throw. I was still wearing glasses then! It’s a huge responsibility to take a penalty, and I wasn’t expecting it at all. It was nice of the team to give me that opportunity, as I ended up scoring my first goal in this shirt. I felt like I was in a dream; it was a wonderful time.
There were Dylan Garain and Benoit Kounkoud, who had just become U19 world champions. Adrien Chaudanson and I were at the European Youth Olympic Festival. There had been a wonderful tribute to Coubertin. I didn't weigh quite so much back then!
I think it was Adama Keita and me. It was my first league title with Paris Saint-Germain. We celebrated it with the fans – nothing but good memories. There have been plenty of titles since then!
This photo was taken during the match against Kiel – our biggest win in the Champions League. I think we were already well ahead after fifteen minutes. I was on the bench; I wasn’t watching, and suddenly Noka (Zvonimir Serdarusic, Paris Saint-Germain’s coach at the time) told me it was my turn. I wasn’t ready! I still speak to Noka today. He was the one who put his faith in me by giving me my chance so early on. He taught me handball.
That was when I signed my first professional contract. I was a few kilos lighter back then! I have fond memories of it; that was back in 2018, and here I am eight years on. A lot has changed since then – I was young... and I still am!
It was the first Coupe de France I won with my brother, Adama Keita. We were really happy. There was Rodrigo Corrales, Jesper Nielsen and Edouard Kempf too – those are fond memories.
It was a match against Toulouse – that was my goal-scoring record. I’d scored eight goals. What’s more, it was against Ferran Solé! That was a long time ago. You can even see Nedim Remili and Sander Sagosen in the distance.
Dylan, you’re family – come back to PSG soon. Well, here we are – I'm back! Since I left, I’ve been back to Coubertin twice. Each time, it’s special because you’re coming back to where you grew up. The welcome has always been incredible. You could tell the fans hadn’t forgotten me and that I’d always have a place in the PSG family if I ever came back. It’s an incredible photo.
After that final match, the atmosphere was incredible. The fans were outside in front of Coubertin. There were flares, and the street was packed with people because it was during the COVID pandemic, so they couldn’t be inside.
It was the first time I’d faced Paris, in Kielce. It was only a few months after I’d left, and it was bound to happen. We’d won in Kielce, but we lost here at Coubertin. I’m coming back with a real desire and enjoyment of the game. I’m like a child – I want to win titles with the club. But in some ways, it won’t be quite the same.
