Paris Saint-Germain's perfect record away to Le HAC in the 21st century continues. Since the turn of the millennium, Les Rouge et Bleu have emerged victorious from each of their five trips to Le Havre in Ligue 1, a feat that they haven't managed to achieve when visiting any other team in the division. This total domination is mirrored in Les Ciel et Marine's history, too, given that there is no other side that they have hosted so often without managing to pick up a single point.
More generally, Les Parisiens have also maintained their consistency against Ligue 1's strugglers this season. In fact, in 2025–2026 so far, the capital club's men's team is the only side in Europe's top five leagues to have won all of its games against current bottom-half opposition.
Not only do Les Parisiens tend to enjoy a hatful of chances, but they also regularly come to within inches of converting them. Luis Enrique's men have hit the woodwork 15 times in Ligue 1 this season, which is at least three more than any other team in the French top flight and includes the two occasions on which Les Rouge et Bleu found the frame of the goal rather than the back of the net on Saturday night. Incidentally, this was the fourth Ligue 1 match of 2025–2026 in which Paris had hit either the post or the crossbar more than once, which is the highest total of its kind in the league.
However, despite this poor luck in front of goal as well as a hectic fixture list, the Paris Saint-Germain machine is showing no signs of slowing down. As it happens, the capital club has won each of the last five games that it has played immediately after a UEFA Champions League match – all of them in Ligue 1 – which goes to show the squad's dependability even further.
Bradley Barcola continues to expand his attacking armoury. The Paris striker has now scored both of his last two goals with his head, which is as many goals of this kind as he had netted in his previous 40 professional appearances, thereby illustrating his constant improvement in addition to his ability to surprise opposition defenders.
Meanwhile, Lee Kang-in remains as efficient as ever against Le Havre, as the South Korean attacking midfielder has now been involved in four goals against Le HAC in Ligue 1 – scoring two and assisting in two more – which is his best tally against a single top-flight team.
