After several weeks' summer break, Paris Saint-Germain's women's team resumed training on Wednesday at the PSG Campus. The first day's work was all about getting back into the swing of things, marking the official start of an ambitious new season for Les Rouge et Bleu.
After a few weeks' well-deserved rest, Paris Saint-Germain's women's team returned to training on Wednesday. Paulo César's players arrived at the PSG Campus at around 13:30 to officially kick off their pre-season preparations.
On the agenda for the first day: a trip to the gym for a physical workout lasting just over half an hour, to gently get the ball rolling. The Parisians then put on their boots before taking to the pitch for the first session led by the coaching staff, with the same objective: to lay the physical and technical foundations for the new season.
Under the clouds of Campus, the Les Rouge et Bleues embarked on a new adventure, determined to fly the colours of the capital club high.
