Emilie, how does it feel to join Paris Saint-Germain?
"I’m really happy and excited to have joined such a big club as PSG. It’s a club with a lot of history and ambition, so I’m happy."
How would you describe yourself as a player?
"I would describe myself as a player who likes to have the ball in my feet. I like to dictate the game and the duels."
What can you tell us about your journey so far?
"I think it’s been a good journey. It made me who I am today. Of course, there were some ups and downs, but it only made me stronger, and now, I’m here."
Did you grow up with any role model?
"I really liked seeing Xavi and Iniesta play when I was younger. I was looking at how they were playing and how they were seeing the game."
What can you tell us about the standard of the French league?
"I haven’t seen that much of the French league, but of course I’ve seen PSG in the Champions League. It’s a great and physical league, with a lot of tempo, so I’m excited."
How do you feel about being at PSG Campus?
"It’s been really nice to come here at the Campus. Everyone has been so welcoming. The facilities are amazing, and it has everything you need to become a great football player."
What are you hoping to achieve at PSG?
"As an individual player, I would like to develop my qualities and develop as a player. As a team, I want to win games. If you win games, you win trophies, so I’m looking forward to that."
Have you checked out Paris yet?
"I haven’t had a chance to be in Paris yet, but I remember being here when I was younger, and I really liked the city. I’m excited to go in there and see it myself in the next couple of days."
Do you have a message for the Paris fans?
"I’m really honored to be in this club, and I’m excited to play in front of you and give my everything for this club."
