Born on 31 January 2008, Alessandro Longoni completed his entire youth development process at AC Milan. Joining the Lombardy club at the age of nine, the 1.92m goalkeeper progressed through every youth level all the way to the reserve team. A professional since February 2024, he also featured in the UEFA Youth League, the prestigious European competition for young players.
Known for his qualities on his line as well as his command of the ball at his feet, he gradually established himself as one of the most promising goalkeepers of his generation in Italy. He joined Paris Saint-Germain in summer 2026.
An Italy international from U15 level, he has represented every youth category up to U19, which he currently plays for. In 2024, he won the UEFA European Under-17 Championship with the Azzurri at just 16 years of age. The following year, he played a major role in Italy’s third-place finish at the U17 World Cup, saving two attempts in the penalty shoot-out against Brazil. The new Parisian goalkeeper currently has 36 appearances for Italy across the various youth categories.
