The Paris Saint-Germain coach and Lucas Hernandez spoke to PSG TV about the 2-0 victory over RC Lens on Sunday 14 September at the Parc des Princes, on Matchday 4 of Ligue 1.
"We talked before the match about many different and difficult situations, but I think the team deserved the victory. Presko? It's always special for all the fans and all the players. I think we made the most of this match to dedicate the victory to him. He has been very important for the club, for the supporters and for his teammates. He has always helped the club and I am happy for him, I wish him all the best.
The Champions League is here, it's a special moment. We know how difficult this competition is, but at the same time we're calm and hope to play well in our opening match. Today we tried to change players to give everyone the minutes they need, but it was difficult because three players got injured. We have to wait for the tests to find out how serious the injuries are."
"It was definitely very important to get these three points and get back to feeling good before this long week with the Champions League match and after that Le Classique. We got the job done, but unfortunately there were two or three knocks. Hopefully they won't be too serious because we need everyone."
