After collecting their precious tickets for this Tuesday's match early in the afternoon, the Paris supporters will meet up again at the end of the afternoon for the traditional Fan Walk to Anfield's away end, to form a single group of almost 3,000 supporters devoted to the Parisians' cause.
As Les Rouge et Bleu fans know, their presence can be decisive in a match like this. Achraf Hakimi said to PSG TV on Monday: "Our supporters are the best in the world. At home or away, you can feel the support they give us. I know that tomorrow we'll hear them cheering throughout the match, and that we'll feel their support. It's important for us to feel that they're behind us."
Luis Enrique, who knows that the support of the Parisian fans will be invaluable in dealing with the intense atmosphere at Anfield, is of a similar opinion: "We know how difficult it is to play here, in this stadium, but it's also a source of motivation for us. The good news is the presence of our 3,000 supporters. Every time they're with us, you can feel their support."
The date is set for Paris to enjoy another great European night on the other side of the Channel.
