Changes in the Paris Saint-Germain Medical Department

Paris Saint-Germain is delighted to announce the appointment of Juan José Morillas as the Head of Nutrition for the whole club, under the supervision of the Head of Medical.
At the club since summer 2022 as nutritionist for the professional squad, Juan José Morillas will now have broader responsibilities across all Paris Saint-Germain's sporting departments. Part of the Medical and Performance Department, his mission will be to give the benefit of his expertise and methodology while coordinating the adapted nutrition strategies of our athletes.
After carefully considering a number of candidates, Sergi Mateo has been appointed nutritionist for the professional squad.
Previously nutritionist at Girona FC, Sergi Mateo will start his new role when training resumes on 6 August, 2025.
