Strengthening the approach and engaging local stakeholders
A central element of Paris Saint-Germain’s process, the steering committees bring together elected officials, State representatives, project managers, and local actors to collectively monitor progress and provide guidance on the feasibility of a project of this scale. This method, based on cooperation and transparency, aims to ensure that the essential conditions are met for hosting a project of this magnitude and to guarantee its alignment with local public policies.
A constructive meeting on prefeasibility studies
The session held in Massy reviewed the prefeasibility study program launched several weeks ago and discussed key topics to be explored in the coming months: accessibility, mobility, urban integration, economic development, and quality of life. The discussions confirmed the shared commitment of all parties to advance through a collective approach, serving both the territory and the project.
Work on the studies is ongoing
Paris Saint-Germain will continue the studies for the Massy and Poissy sites over the coming months. Additional local steering committees will be held before the end of the year to review progress and prepare the next stages of the project.
« This first steering committee in Massy confirms the importance of working in close collaboration with all stakeholders. I commend the presence of all participants — elected officials and State representatives — engaged at every territorial level, from the Region to the municipality. Today’s discussions demonstrate everyone’s commitment to building a solid and ambitious collective reflection. The studies will continue, and we will have the opportunity to reconvene before the end of the year to extend this remarkable collective work, essential to the success of the project »
