Born on January 1, 2006, in Mont-Saint-Aignan, Seine-Maritime (France), Alyssa Fernandes began playing football at the age of seven with CMS Oissel before joining Quevilly-Rouen Métropole in 2016, where she spent four seasons. In 2020, she joined the Paris Saint-Germain Academy and quickly progressed through the ranks before making her Arkema Première Ligue debut against Stade de Reims on May 8, 2024. Later that year, the young goalkeeper signed her first professional contract with the Club.
With Paris Saint-Germain's U19 team, Alyssa Fernandes played a key role in the Club's French U19 Championship-winning campaign throughout the 2024/2025 season.
After spending the 2025/2026 season on loan at Standard Liège, the French goalkeeper will continue her development at Toulouse FC, with the aim of gaining further playing time and experience at the highest level. This new loan move is a natural next step in her progression and will provide another valuable stage in her development.
On the international stage, Alyssa Fernandes earned her first call-up to the France U16 national team in 2022. She has since made 32 appearances for France's youth national teams and was the first-choice goalkeeper for France at the 2025 UEFA Women's Under-19 Championship, where the team reached the final following an outstanding tournament.
I’m delighted to extend my journey with Paris Saint-Germain. This show of confidence from the Club means a great deal to me. This loan move to Toulouse FC is a great opportunity for me to continue developing, gain valuable experience and take another step forward in my progression. I’m determined to give my all and enjoy a successful season.
Paris Saint-Germain congratulates Alyssa Fernandes on her contract extension and wishes her every success during her loan spell with Toulouse FC.
