These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "GTC") are intended to define the terms and conditions under which the Client registers one or more Participant(s) for the Workshop, in exchange for payment of the Financial Consideration.
The signature or online acceptance of the Registration Form implies unconditional acceptance of said Registration Form, the Programme and these GTC, which take precedence over any purchase order and general purchasing conditions of the Client.
In the event of contradiction, the specific details appearing on the Registration Form shall take precedence over those of the GTC for the relevant provisions.
The Client guarantees that each Participant they register will fully comply with the obligations set out herein.
The Organiser reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time and without prior notice. The applicable GTC are those accepted by the Client at the date of registration.
Acceptance is made by means of an "opt-in" electronic agreement mechanism whereby the Client is invited to tick a box confirming that they have read and understood the GTC.
Participation in the Workshop is intended for educators, coaches and leaders in the world of sport.
Registration is validated upon receipt of the duly completed and signed Registration Form and these GTC duly initialled, or the electronic signature of the Registration Form made through the DocuSign service provider within the deadlines indicated on said Form. PSG may at its discretion consider as void any Registration Form returned in a non-compliant manner (missing, incorrect or unverifiable information, containing handwritten notes, or submitted beyond the indicated deadline). Furthermore, PSG may at its discretion consider the registration as null and void in the event of non-payment by the Client of all or part of the amounts due at the time of purchase.
The Client declares and guarantees to the Organiser that the signatory of the Registration Form has full authority to bind the Client under the terms hereof.
In the case of electronic signature, the Client acknowledges that the electronic signature certificate constitutes the original document and that it will be created and stored in conditions enabling proper identification of its signatory and guaranteeing its integrity. The Client thus acknowledges that the signing process used by DocuSign ensures the identity of the signatory and guarantees the integrity of the Registration Form and the GTC; they therefore definitively and irrevocably waive any right to challenge their validity and content on grounds related to the use of this process.
Registrations are available up to the maximum number of authorised Participants, being 200 persons.
PSG will send the Client a confirmation email of the registrations.
Registration is firm and final, and the Client will not be entitled to any refund of the Financial Consideration except in the cases provided for in Articles 9 and 10 below.
5.1 In exchange for the participation of the Participant(s) designated in the Registration Form, the Client agrees to pay the Organiser the total lump sum indicated on the Registration Form. It is specified that all costs to be incurred by the Participant in order to attend the Workshop that are not covered by the Programme (transport, accommodation, etc.) remain at their own expense.
5.2 The Financial Consideration is payable exclusively by credit card or bank transfer, at the time of registration, in euros. An invoice will be issued upon request.
5.3 It is specified that the Financial Consideration is subject to VAT, where applicable at different rates.
5.4 The Organiser reserves the right to set different rates depending on the date of registration for the Workshop and the profile of the Participants. These different rates are, where applicable, specified in the Workshop Programme.
5.5 It is also specified that any tax, duty or withholding of any kind whatsoever (collectively "the Tax") that may need to be paid or withheld by the Client on any amounts payable to the Organiser shall be borne exclusively by the Client. Consequently, in the event that any Tax is paid or withheld, the Client undertakes to increase the amounts payable to the Organiser by an amount equivalent to the Tax, so that the Organiser always receives a net amount equal to the Financial Consideration.
The Client undertakes to ensure that the Participants they register comply with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the applicable legal and regulatory requirements on safety, and the internal safety instructions such as the PSG Campus Internal Regulations.
The list of speakers at the Workshop is not contractually binding, and the Organiser reserves the right to replace any speaker mentioned in the Workshop Programme with a speaker of equivalent standing without the Organiser's liability being incurred.
The times indicated in the Workshop Programme are not contractually binding, and the Organiser reserves the right to make minor modifications and/or to change the order of topics covered without incurring liability.
Participants will be informed as promptly as possible of any changes to the Programme at the email address they provided during registration.
The access pass for the Workshop takes the form of an e-Ticket sent to the Participant in electronic format at the email address provided during registration. The e-Ticket must be printed in portrait format on plain white A4 paper, without modifying the print size, using an inkjet or laser printer. No other medium is valid. In the event of poor print quality, it is recommended to print the e-Ticket using a different printer.
The Organiser accepts no liability for any anomalies occurring during the printing of e-Tickets.
The Participant will access the Workshop through the designated entrances of the PSG Campus, with the printed e-Ticket in accordance with the provisions of Article 8.1 above, which will be read and recorded by the computer access control system and/or checked by a representative of the Organiser. At the entrances, the Participant agrees to submit, where applicable, to security pat-downs, documentary identity verification, and visual inspection of their hand luggage carried out by any police officer and/or any authorised representative of the Organiser. For the purposes hereof, force majeure refers to all events, facts and circumstances beyond the control of the Parties that cannot reasonably be avoided or overcome and that have the effect of temporarily making it impossible to perform all or part of any of the obligations hereunder.
The following are in particular treated as force majeure in the context of the performance hereof: any act of war, riot, fire, flood, explosion, earthquake, natural disaster, act of terrorism, any embargo, boycott, general poisoning, severe weather conditions and/or a decision by any governmental, regional, local, legislative, judicial or regulatory authority.
If, as a result of a force majeure event, the Organiser is no longer able to organise the Workshop, the performance of this agreement shall be suspended in its entirety until such impossibility ceases. The Organiser undertakes to organise another Workshop session under conditions as close as possible to the Programme within a maximum period of three (3) months following the originally scheduled Workshop date. After this period, the Workshop registration may be cancelled by the Client, and the Organiser undertakes to refund the full amount of the Financial Consideration received.
Neither Party shall in any case be held liable for any non-performance and/or termination arising from a force majeure event, and no damages may be claimed by the other Party on that basis.
In the event of cancellation of the Workshop by the Organiser or due to force majeure, the Organiser undertakes to refund the Client the full amount of the Financial Consideration received. No damages may be claimed by the Client on that basis.
The Client has the right to cancel their registration under the following conditions:
Before 1 March 2026: full refund of the Financial Consideration (minus processing fees);
From 1 to 15 March 2026: refund of 50% of the Financial Consideration;
After 22 March 2026: no refund; the Organiser retains the full Financial Consideration.
If either Party commits a breach of any of its contractual obligations that has not been remedied within eight (8) calendar days following formal notice sent by the aggrieved Party by recorded delivery letter with acknowledgement of receipt, the aggrieved Party may terminate the order by operation of law with immediate effect, without prejudice to compensation for any damages it may have suffered.
The Organiser accepts no liability for any loss, injury or damage to persons or property during the Workshop.
The Organiser certifies that it is covered under several insurance policies covering in particular its general civil liability, all damage to property placed at its disposal, all special risks related to its activity, as well as all direct, material, non-material or bodily harm, whether consequential or not.
The Client undertakes to take out and maintain at its own expense, with a notoriously solvent and recognised insurance company, a civil liability insurance policy covering the financial consequences of its civil liability (Operating, Post-Delivery/Product and Professional Liability) incurred in the context of its activities and in particular the participation of Participants in the Workshop, in respect of bodily, material and non-material harm, whether consequential or not, caused to third parties, and agrees to indemnify the Organiser against any claim, action or proceedings brought against it in connection with damages caused under the aforementioned harmful acts.
The Client declares and warrants that it is aware of and undertakes to act in strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations, both in France and abroad, against corruption, influence peddling and conflicts of interest. The Client undertakes and guarantees compliance with this commitment by its employees, shareholders, directors, officers, affiliated companies and subcontractors, as well as its legal representatives.
It is understood that the Organiser is the sole holder of the exploitation rights of the Workshop in any form whatsoever.
Consequently, it is prohibited to carry out any promotional or commercial activity in connection with the Workshop without the prior written consent of the Organiser. In particular, it is prohibited to record, transmit and/or commercially exploit sounds, images, data and/or statistics for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Organiser.
Each Participant hereby consents to potentially being photographed and/or filmed by service providers of the Organiser or third parties during the Workshop. The photographs and/or videos taken during the Workshop will in particular serve commercial and advertising purposes, promoting the activities of the PSG Campus, the Organiser and its partners, on any other current or future broadcast medium, such as photographs, live broadcasts on large screens, live or deferred television broadcasts, digital media, programmes and/or video or sound recordings. In this context, Participants agree to assign to the Organiser free of charge their image rights in the photographs and/or videos taken during the Workshop. They acknowledge having been informed that these may be used worldwide, within the scope of the aforementioned purposes, for a period of 10 years, these rights being freely transferable by the Organiser to any third party of its choice. Consequently, each Participant expressly waives any right to invoke any image right or copyright, and any action against the Organiser, arising from the use of their image in the aforementioned context.
Participants are also informed that they may at any time exercise their right to rectification and/or deletion of the photographs and/or videos concerning them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 below.
Each Participant undertakes not to disclose any confidential or sensitive information exchanged during the Workshop, in particular with regard to the Organiser or its internal practices.
The Client acknowledges that the Organiser has granted them registration for the Workshop based on their profile and declarations. Consequently, the Client guarantees the accuracy of the information requested regarding their own situation and that of the Participants, and undertakes to spontaneously inform the Organiser of any changes that may occur.
The Organiser undertakes to process and store all personal information entrusted by the Client in compliance with applicable personal data protection regulations and PSG's personal data protection policy available on its website, solely for the purpose of organising and managing the Workshop and to keep the Client informed of the Organiser's news and to give them priority access to offers of goods and services related to the Organiser's activities, its partners and the Workshop.

The Client may request the portability of their personal data. The Client also has the right to object to the processing carried out or to request its restriction.
