Asensio

Born on January 21, 1996, in Palma de Mallorca to a Spanish father and a Dutch mother, Marco Asensio first started playing football in 2006. At the age of 10, he joined the RCD Mallorca club. Named Marco in reference to Marco Van Basten, his natural talent with the ball at his feet quickly convinced the club’s management to promote him to the first team.
