The Organizers are responsible for setting up and properly conducting the Contest, as well as complying with the applicable regulations.
The Contest is an artistic call for entries, organized exclusively online, with no purchase or payment of any kind required to participate.
Entering the Contest implies unconditional acceptance of these official rules (hereinafter the “Rules”) in their entirety, as well as the rules of use of the streaming platforms and social networks used by Entrants.
The Contest will take place according to the following timeline:
- Participation period (online): from 13 January 2026 at 4pm to 23 January 2026 at 4pm, or until 1,000 complete and validated applications have been received, whichever occurs first, which will close registration.
- Pre‑selection phase: February 3rd, at the end of which a maximum of 60 Entrants will be pre‑selected by the jury.
- Designation of Winners: Two Winners will be designated by the jury from among the pre‑selected Entrants on a date to be communicated later by the Organizers
- Participation in the songwriting camp: the two Winners will participate in the songwriting camp to be held from 27 February to 1 March 2026 at the Parc des Princes (Paris, France), subject to changes for reasons beyond the Organizers’ control (security, force majeure, administrative decisions, Paris Saint‑Germain’s sporting calendar, etc.).
Any changes to the timeline will be communicated by any appropriate means (website, social networks, email) without incurring the Organizers’ liability.
5.1. General eligibility requirements
Entry is open to any natural person who cumulatively meets the following conditions:
• be at least 18 years old on the opening date of the Contest;
• reside on a habitual basis in France;
• have an active artist profile on at least one music streaming platform lawfully operated in France (Deezer, Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) with a minimum of three (3) tracks already released;
• be able to evidence status as author, composer and/or primary performer of the works submitted as part of the Contest;

• be available to attend the songwriting camp on the dates indicated in Article 4.
Minors are not permitted to enter.
5.2. Limitation on number of applications
The Contest is limited to the first 1,000 complete applications received and validated via the online form, with the date and time of validation serving as evidence.
Each person may submit only one application (either solo or as part of the same group). In the case of group entry, each member of the group must individually meet the conditions set out in this Article.
5.3. Exclusions
The following are not eligible to participate:
• employees, regular contractors and corporate officers of the Organizers, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, civil partner, cohabitee, ascendants, descendants, siblings);
• any person who does not comply with these Rules or who provides false, incomplete or fraudulent information.
The Organizers reserve the right, by any appropriate means and in compliance with the GDPR, to verify Entrants’ eligibility, in particular the absence of any current agreement with a third‑party producer or publisher. Where applicable, the Entrant(s) concerned will be deemed ineligible and excluded from the Contest.
To participate, during the registration period the Entrant must:
• visit the website or page dedicated to the Contest, the address of which will be communicated by the Organizers;
• complete the online form by providing all information marked as mandatory (identity, contact details, links to streaming profiles, etc.);
• submit at least three listening links (streaming) to recordings of the Entrant’s original or co‑written works, in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 7;
• expressly accept these Rules and the privacy policy associated with the Contest by ticking an unchecked box.
No entries sent by post, telephone, unsolicited email or any means other than the online form will be considered.
The works and recordings submitted as part of the application (hereinafter the “Demos”) must:
• be original works of which the Entrant is the author, co‑author and/or primary performer;
• not infringe the rights of third parties (copyright, neighboring rights, personality rights, trademarks, etc.);
• not contain defamatory, abusive, obscene, racist, xenophobic, sexist, homophobic or discriminatory statements, or more generally anything contrary to applicable laws and regulations, public order or morality.
By submitting an application, the Entrant:
• represents and warrants that the Entrant holds the necessary rights in the Demos and has obtained, where applicable, all authorizations from any co‑authors, co‑composers, performers and other holders of neighboring rights;
• indemnifies and holds the Organizers harmless from any claims or actions by third parties based in particular on an infringement of intellectual property rights or personality rights;
• grants to the Organizers, free of charge, on a non‑exclusive basis and solely for the purposes of selection, communication about the Contest and its promotion, the right to reproduce, perform and communicate the Demos, in whole or in part, on their websites, social networks and internal and external communication media, worldwide and for the legal term of copyright protection, to the extent necessary for organizing and promoting the Contest.
This limited, non‑exclusive license does not oblige the Organizers to exploit the Demos and does not transfer ownership of copyright, which remains with the Entrant, without prejudice to any subsequent assignments under separate agreements concluded with the Winners.
8.1. Composition of the jury
A jury composed of 8 to 10 professionals (representatives of Paris Saint‑Germain, PSG Publishing, Universal Music Publishing and, where applicable, cultural partners) will be responsible for pre‑selecting applications and designating the Winners.
The names and positions of the jury members may be communicated on the Contest’s communication media.
8.2. Selection criteria
Applications will be assessed based in particular on the following criteria:
• artistic quality of the Demos (writing, composition, performance, originality);
• artistic development potential and consistency with the universe and identity of Paris Saint‑Germain;
• diversity of profiles, styles and musical influences;
• parity and promotion of equality between women and men;
• ability to collaborate within a collective songwriting camp.
The criteria are assessed by the jury at its sole discretion, with no obligation to provide specific reasons for rejecting an application.
8.3. Selection procedure
1. Pre‑selection: from among all valid applications, the jury reviews the Demos in light of the above criteria and pre‑selects up to 60 Entrants.
2. Possible interview: the Organizers reserve the right to organize interviews (in person or remotely) with certain pre‑selected Entrants, in the presence of one or more jury members.
3. Designation of the Winners: upon completion of the procedure, the jury designates two Winners. In exceptional cases, it may designate one or more alternates in the event a Winner withdraws or is ineligible.
The Winners will receive the following prize:
• participation in the “Ici C’est Paris Music Lab” songwriting camp at the Parc des Princes, from 27 February to 1 March 2026, under conditions to be determined by the Organizers (possible coverage of certain costs, accommodation, meals, etc.);
• an offer, with no obligation to accept, of separate agreements, which may include in particular:
– a publishing agreement covering one or more original works created in particular during the songwriting camp, providing for the exclusive assignment of reproduction, performance and adaptation rights to PSG Publishing and/or Universal Music Publishing, for a defined territory, term and modes of exploitation;
– a recording agreement covering a new EP, with an exclusive assignment of the exploitation rights in the recordings to the producer, in return for remuneration in accordance with the French Collective labour agreement . “EP” means a collection of musical works marketed, at least in France, in digital file form by streaming or download on lawful platforms, comprising 5 (five) to 9 (nine) phonograms, with a total recording time between 20 (twenty) and 40 (forty) minutes of music, the track list being established by the performing artist in consultation with the Organizers.
The draft agreements referred to above will be presented to the Contest Winners in due course and in any event before their participation in the songwriting camp, specifying the services concerned as well as the remuneration and its payment terms corresponding to the performance of those services, together with the terms for the exercise of the assignment of the Winner’s copyright and performer’s rights and the remuneration arising therefrom in accordance with industry practice.
The details of such agreements will be the subject of good faith negotiations between the Winners and the Organizers, in compliance with French intellectual property law.
Once the draft agreements have been finalized with the Winners, such agreements will be signed by each Winner in due course, it being understood that the Winner’s participation in the Contest will automatically trigger, with respect to the Winner, the implementation of the said agreement(s).
Under no circumstances may the prize give rise, on the part of the Winners or other Entrants, to any challenge, or to payment of any cash equivalent, or to an exchange or replacement for any reason, except at the initiative of the Organizers.
Participation in the Contest does not entail any automatic assignment of copyright to the benefit of the Organizers other than the limited license provided for in Article 7 and the image rights provided for in Article 10. Any assignment of economic rights will occur exclusively under separate agreements offered to the Winners and freely accepted by them.
However, if a Winner refuses or is unable to participate in the songwriting camp, or to enter into the agreements offered, or fails to respond within five (5) calendar days from the first contact, the Winner will be deemed to have waived the prize without compensation. The Organizers then reserve the right, in their sole discretion, either to designate another Winner from among the pre‑selected Entrants, or to leave the prize unawarded.
As part of the Contest, the Organizers may produce or have produced audio, video and photographic recordings of Entrants (including Winners), as well as related content (interviews, making‑of, promotional content, etc.).
Each Entrant authorizes the Organizers, free of charge, to fix, reproduce, represent and adapt the Entrant’s image, voice, name and, where applicable, stage name, in images or sounds produced during the Contest, the songwriting camp and the associated promotion, on all media, by all means of distribution, worldwide and for the legal term of protection of intellectual property rights.
This authorization is granted solely for the purposes of promoting the Contest, the activities of the Organizers and, where applicable, the Winners and the Winners’ EP. Under no circumstances does it authorize the Organizers to use an Entrant’s image in a manner that would harm the Entrant’s dignity, privacy or reputation.
Musical works, lyrics, compositions, arrangements, recordings and more generally any creations made by the Winners (and, where applicable, by co‑authors or co‑composers) during the songwriting camp or in connection with the preparation/production of the EP will be the subject of specific agreements concluded between the Winners and the Organizers or their affiliates.
These agreements will specify in particular:
• the works and rights assigned;
• the territorial scope and duration of the assignment;
• the remuneration, determined specifically for each mode of exploitation, except in cases where lump‑sum remuneration is provided by law;
• any inalienable rights to remuneration or equitable remuneration provided by the French Intellectual Property Code.
Mere participation in the Contest does not create any production or publishing contractual relationship between the Organizers and Entrants other than the Winners, nor any obligation on the Organizers to enter into an agreement with the Winners.
12.1. The Organizers undertake to respect the confidentiality of the personal data communicated by Entrants and to process such data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
For personal data, the Organizers mean, without limitation, the following data: surname, first name, email address and postal address (the “Information”).
The Information collected concerning the prize winners is processed by the Organizers in connection with their participation in the Contest, in particular to ensure its proper conduct and the sending of the prize to the winners. All such information is necessary to enable the Organizers to run the Contest.
This personal data will not be transferred to any provider or partner of the Organizers and, in general, to no third party. The data collected will not be processed outside the European Union.
12.2. Subject to consent by ticking a box, the email address of each relevant Entrant may be used by the Organizers for direct marketing purposes.
In such case, the email address and the data relating to the marketing offers sent to each Entrant will be kept for three years from their collection or from the last contact with the Organizers.
12.3. Each Entrant has the right to access, rectify and update data concerning the Entrant when it is inaccurate or incomplete, and to erase it when it is no longer necessary for the management and performance of your contract, except where such data is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The Entrant may request portability of such data. The Entrant also has the right to object to processing or to request restriction of processing.
The Entrant may exercise these rights at any time and contact the data protection officer by email at [email protected] or by post at:

Entering the Contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the internet.
The Organizers may not be held liable, except in the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct, for any direct or indirect damage resulting from:
• a malfunction, failure or incompatibility of the Entrant’s hardware or software;
• a failure of electronic communications networks;

• disqualification of an Entrant due to the Entrant’s failure to comply with the Rules.
The Organizers reserve the right to shorten, extend, modify, suspend or cancel the Contest in the event of force majeure, proven fraud, major technical problem or any other circumstance making such decision necessary, without incurring liability as a result, and subject to informing Entrants by any appropriate means.

• provided incorrect or false information or impersonated a third party;
• infringed third‑party intellectual property or personality rights;
• seriously or repeatedly breached these Rules.
In the event of manifest fraud, the Organizers may bring proceedings before the competent courts and seek compensation for their loss.
Any claim relating to the Contest must be sent in writing to the Organizers at the following address: PARIS SAINT‑GERMAIN FOOTBALL, 53 avenue Emile Zola, 92100 BOULOGNE‑BILLANCOURT, within a maximum of two (2) business days from the Contest closing date.
Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Rules shall be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal, except where mandatory rules of jurisdiction provide otherwise.
These Rules are governed by French law.
These full Rules are available and may be consulted free of charge for the entire duration of the Contest:
• on the website dedicated to the Contest;
• upon written request addressed to the Organizers.
The Organizers reserve the right to amend these Rules to take into account changes in the legal framework or exceptional circumstances, subject to informing Entrants and not infringing their acquired rights.
