Yahia Omar honoured after Nîmes!

Yahia Omar, who played a decisive role in Parisians' win at Le Parnasse in Nîmes, has been named in the Liqui Moly StarLigue Team of the Week for Matchday 21.
Returning from an international break is never easy. Even more so when a crucial EHF Champions League play-off match is just days away. Against Nîmes, Les Rouge et Bleu had to dig deep to topple the Green Team in their white-hot arena. Especially with home 'keeper Wesley Pardin in such fine form, particularly in the first half.
Stefan Madsen therefore relied on his entire squad to make the difference. As is often the case, the Parisians showed an impeccable frame of mind, and a number of individual players shone - but none more so than Yahia Omar. With nine goals and seven assists, the Egyptian international was involved in 16 of the capital club's 34 goals. This was further proof of our right-back's excellent form, and confirmed him as Paris's top scorer in the league (114 goals). This performance did not go unnoticed by the league, who named him in the team of the week for the fourth time this season.
