The Parisians got off to a flying start in Doha with an intensive training session at the Al Ersaal training centre from 12:00 to 14:00 (local time). For two hours, Luis Enrique's men went through a series of athletic exercises, game phases and tactical work. It was an intense session, just two days before the Intercontinental Cup final against Brazil's Flamengo.
The afternoon was then devoted to meetings with the fans. As part of activities organised with several of the club's partners (Visit Qatar, Qatar Airways, Aspetar, Ooredoo, beIN SPORTS, Accor and QNB), Les Rouge et Bleu went out to meet fans in Doha. ICP Park proved to be the epicentre of these exchanges, with a host of Parisian players taking part, including Ousmane Dembélé, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Désiré Doué, Warren Zaïre-Emery, Gonçalo Ramos, Lucas Beraldo, Quentin Ndjantou and Renato Marin. Autograph sessions, photos and discussions were the order of the day for the club's players.e séance d’entraînement à Al Ersaal…
At the same time, the club has also been promoting its educational activities. At the University of Doha for Science and Technology, PSG for Communities and the PSG Academy organised a meeting between children from the PSG Academy in Doha and three first-team players: Willian Pacho, Lucas Hernandez and Matvey Safonov. The young boarders were able to talk directly to them, in particular through interviews prepared in advance. Football workshops (juggling, dribbling, shooting, etc.) completed the programme, with the children divided into teams, each supervised by a player.
After a day of work, meetings and transmission, the Parisians will enter the home stretch of their preparation tomorrow before the meeting with Flamengo, this Wednesday evening at the Ahmad-ben-Ali stadium in Al-Rayyan.
