You've just extended your contract with Paris Saint-Germain. What does that mean to you?
"For me, it's a real source of pride. I'm from Paris and I signed my first professional contract here, so it was the obvious choice to extend my stay at the club."
What convinced you to stay at PSG?
"The project with its young players. The club puts great emphasis on young players' development and improvement. I know that I'm still young, and I want to keep writing this story with Paris Saint-Germain."
How does it feel to be a part of this squad?
"It feels really good; I'm at ease. I've been here for three years now, and over time, I've fully settled in. I'm not shy at all anymore! I'm now hoping to become a key player for this team over the next few years."
How do you assess this team?
"I think that we've got a lot of potential and a bright future ahead of us. We've still got work to do because this is a team under construction, but we're moving forward bit by bit, and I hope that we'll be able to win trophies together soon."
At just 22 years old, you've already experienced some big moments with the club…
"Yes, I've had the chance to play regularly and to gain experience despite being so young. I even played in a Champions League semi-final and won the Coupe de France in my first season. Those were really positive experiences, and I hope to keep going in that direction."
What are your aims for the next few seasons?
"When you play for Paris Saint-Germain, your aim is obviously to win trophies. On a personal level, I want to keep playing, improving and becoming an important player for the team. There's also a World Cup on the horizon, so there are some motivating challenges coming up for me."
Do you have a final word for the fans?
"I'm very happy to be extending my stay at Paris Saint-Germain. Thank you for all of your support, and I hope that we'll win lots of trophies in the next few years."
