With 21 countries represented, the 2026 edition confirmed the international scope and strong growth of the network. Valentin Weller, Head of PSG Academy, reminded us of "the importance of sharing the club's new projects and ambitions each year through this seminar."
The seminar kicked off at the Parc des Princes with an exciting evening for the PSG-OM Classique. The partners enjoyed a premium stadium experience before watching Paris Saint-Germain secure a resounding 5-0 victory, setting the tone for four days of performance and excellence.
The first day of work, held at the Parc des Princes, was devoted to presenting the club's major strategic directions before reviewing the PSG Academy network and its prospects and areas for development. The seminar began with a presentation of the club's business strategy and diversification ambitions.
"The PSG Academy network is a strategic pillar of our international development. It embodies our ability to pass on the Club's technical expertise while creating a lasting impact in each territory and a strong emotional bond with the young players who join our ranks. This seminar is essential for aligning our visions and methods, sharing our successes and building the next stage of our growth together," emphasised Nadia Benmokhtar, Director of Diversification.
The members then presented the performances and highlights of their respective academies across our 22 countries and 209 training sites, illustrating the diversity and strength of the network around the world. Sessions dedicated to branding, sponsorship and media training served as a reminder of the importance of a high-level experience in each country.
"The Academy project, which our partners have been supporting alongside us since 2012, is one of the strategic pillars of our brand expression. It fully embodies our commitment to younger generations and our desire to build lasting relationships with those who will form the Club's global community of tomorrow," said Fabien Allegre, Chief Brand Officer.
Another highlight was a workshop organised with Atelier La Pieuvre, which allowed each partner to create a unique PSG item symbolising their membership in the network.
The following day, at the Campus PSG, participants were given an immersive experience of the Club's sporting expertise: training methodology, technical updates and presentations filled the day. Representatives from Mexico and Japan, who opened their respective Academies a few weeks ago, also spoke, reinforcing the collaborative nature of the seminar.
The final day at the Parc des Princes focused on communication and engagement. Discussions about social media, supporters' clubs and key PSG Academy events – including training camps at the Campus PSG and the Qatar Winter Cup in Doha – helped to map out the network's future.
For Elise Wallon, Marketing Director, PSG Academy North America, Senegal and Greater Geneva, this annual meeting is essential: "Getting together every year in Paris is a key moment. I have been working within the PSG Academy network for ten years now, and it is truly inspiring to see how it continues to grow and develop internationally. This meeting allows us to better understand the Club's strategic directions, obtain key updates on ongoing projects and, above all, strengthen exchanges between academies. We leave with our vision aligned with PSG's global ambitions and the desire to promote the Club's excellence and identity in each of our territories."
The 2026 seminar once again demonstrated the strength of the PSG Academy community: an international network united by a shared ambition to pass on the excellence of Paris Saint-Germain to new generations around the world.
