Symbolic jerseys and stadiums lit up in Pink October colors
During three matches in October, Paris Saint-Germain's Women's, handball and Men's teams wore special edition of Home jersey featuring a pink ribbon on the front, the universal symbol of this cause.
The three games PSG-Dijon, PSG-Sélestat and PSG-Strasbourg gathered more than 50,800 people in the stadiums. They provided an opportunity to roll out awareness and prevention initiatives across the Club's venues adorned in the colors of Pink October.
Paris Saint-Germain athletes also took part in a video alongside Qatar Airways to help spread the awareness message and actively support the Pink October campaign.
A solidarity sale benefiting AP-HP (Public Association of Paris Hospitals)
To encourage donations, the jerseys worn during these matches were put up for auction. In addition, the sale of a special Pink October product line (including scarves and tote bags), along with the option to add the pink ribbon to jerseys, was met with great success, a testament to the strong engagement of Paris Saint-Germain supporters
A check presentation during the Paris Saint-Germain-OGC Nice game
On November 1st just before the Paris Saint-Germain-OGC Nice game, the Club's endowment fund officially presented a check for a provisional total of €44,006.97* to the AP-HP.
These funds will contribute to the financing of projects designed to enhance the care provided to breast cancer patients.
A strong commitment and moments of solidarity
Beyond the pitch, Paris Saint-Germain mobilized all its teams to give even greater scope to the campaign through numerous initiatives.
Awareness stands were set up at the Club’s headquarters, the Parc des Princes, and the PSG Campus, in partnership with the Ligue contre le Cancer (League against Cancer) and AP-HP, to raise awareness among employees and visitors about early detection practices.
At Hôpital Tenon, beauty and wellness sessions were offered to patients in partnership with ILIA Beauty, giving them a moment of care and relaxation.
The PSG Academy and Stadium Tour also organized workshops for young fans, including training sessions held at the PSG Campus.
Partners United Alongside the Club
Alongside Qatar Airways, several of the Club’s partners — including Nuna and ILIA Beauty — also rallied to support this initiative, reaffirming the strength of collective action around a cause that affects all generations.
A Lasting Commitment
Through this latest edition of Pink October, Paris Saint-Germain continues to strengthen its commitment to solidarity, inclusion, and health as part of its PSG for Communities program.
The Club wishes to thank all its partners, staff, and supporters for their exemplary dedication and engagement throughout the month of October.
