Paulo César: "The girls will be ready"

Ahead of his side's game against Real Madrid CF tonight (Matchday 2 of the league phase of the 2025–2026 UEFA Women's Champions League), Les Parisiennes' manager Paulo César sent out a positive signal as he answered PSG TV's questions.

"We want to give a better account of ourselves and also to get a better result. We saw several positives [against Wolfsburg], and we need to hold onto them and to turn them into goals. What I'm expecting from my players on Thursday is a reaction and some hard work.

"My players are fully committed to this task. I think that they remember what happened away to Wolfsburg and want to give a positive response. I'm convinced that the girls will be ready on Thursday."
