The last game of the first half of the season is a big one with Paris - currently second in the league to OL Lyonnes - playing host to third-placed Paris FC, who are just three points behind the capital club. Last week, both teams drew with Paris FC held goalless in Strasbourg while the Red-and-Blues drew with Montpellier.
Paris FC will pose a number of threats to Paulo César's side. At the head of the team for the last seven years, Sandrine Soubeyrand usually sets her team up in a 4-3-3. The experienced coach looks set to have her first-choice team available with Mylène Chavas in goal and Théa Gebroval and Celina Ould Houcine as the centre-back pairing with the latter ahead of the experienced Deja Davis in the pecking order.
On the flanks, Melween N'Dongala and Lou Bogaert - two of the French national team's rising stars - will provide width while Kaja Korosec will fill the defensive midfield role. Freshly capped France international Anaëlle Le Moguédec and Océane Picard - rather than the young Sheika Scott - will likely fill the other midfield roles.
On the left wing, Clara Mateo will provide the visitors' main goal threat with Maëlle Garbino providing experience on the opposite side. Through the middle, Lorena Azzaro has usually been preferred to former Parisian Hawa Sangaré, but the latter played against Barcelona in the UEFA Women's Champions League in midweek and could start instead.
