Born on 22nd January 2007 in Meaux, France, Kamara started out at his hometown club of CS Meaux before joining US Torcy in 2018. Then, in 2024, aged just 17, he moved to Paris Saint-Germain and established himself as a key element of the club’s U19 squad.
In the 2024–2025 season, the French defender made 11 appearances in the Championnat National U19 – which ended up becoming the first trophy of his career – and two appearances in the Coupe Gambardella, France’s national youth cup.
On 19th April 2025, Kamara was given his first-ever call-up to Paris Saint-Germain’s first team by Luis Enrique for a game against Le Havre AC. A few weeks later, he would make his Ligue 1 debut against RC Strasbourg Alsace, before getting a few more minutes under his belt against Montpellier HSC on 10th May. These appearances meant that he earned his very first Ligue 1 winner’s medal at the end of the campaign.
A versatile player with excellent vision, Kamara also took part in the FIFA Club World Cup in the United States last month, before winning his maiden European honour with Les Rouge et Bleu in the form of the UEFA Super Cup by beating Tottenham Hotspur FC 4-3 on penalties after a 2-2 draw on 13th August.
Everyone at the club would like to congratulate Noham on signing his first professional contract and wish him just as much success for the rest of his Rouge et Bleu career.
I’m immensely proud to be signing my first professional contract, especially at a club like Paris Saint-Germain, which is the best club in the world. I’d like to thank the president, Nasser Al-Khelaifi, the sporting director, Luis Campos, the coach, Luis Enrique, as well as all of the staff and my teammates for the trust that they put in me on a daily basis, and I’m thinking especially of my parents at this time. I can’t wait to play at the Parc des Princes, in front of our fans.
