Having joined on loan from Norwegian side Elverum in the autumn of 2025, Sindre Heldal will leave Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the 2025–2026 season. Here are the key stats from the left-winger’s time at the capital club.

Sindre Heldal won a title during his loan spell at Paris Saint-Germain Handball this year, being crowned French champion.

He is the fourth Norwegian to have worn Rouge et Bleu, following on from Magnus Dahl, Sander Sagosen and Kent Robin Tonnesen.

It was against Istres at Coubertin (40–25) that he set his personal record for goals scored for Paris in a single league match, finding the back of the net four times.

In the Champions League, the Norwegian winger’s record is a tad more accomplished. Heldal scored five against GOG in the home defeat to the Danes (34–36).

Across the league and the Champions League, Sindre Heldal’s all-time Parisian record against a single opponent stands at seven goals. In the league, Istres emerged as the Norwegian’s favourite victim, whilst in the Champions League, GOG suffered the most at the hands of our winger.

In his first-ever EHF Champions League campaign, Sindre featured in 14 of the capital club’s 16 matches, scoring a total of 17 goals.

Sindre Heldal played 22 Liqui Moly StarLigue matches for Paris this season, finding the back of the net 31 times.

Across all competitions, the Norwegian played 37 matches during his time in Paris, scoring a total of 49 goals.
