Vignaud - Boly, Kamara, Lucea (Coulibaly, 72'), Cordier (c) - Abo El Nay, Diyinu Nzinga, N'Dri N'Guessan (Assab, 62') - Ayari (Luvambano, 69'), Mounguengue, Nsoki.
Already certain of a place in the Round of 32, the Parisians headed to the Basque country aiming to build on their healthy return of 10 points to end the league phase on a high. At Athletic Club's training facility in Lezama, the Titis knew they could finish in the top six of the league phase with a win over their opponents, who started 3 points better off.
At a full stadium under driving rain, the two teams were unable to break through in the first half. Noah Nsoki provided the opener less than 60 seconds after the restart following a great forward burst from Pierre Mounguengue (0-1, 46'). The hosts equalised after Thomas Cordier was adjudged to have handled and Adrian Pérez beat Arthur Vignaud from the spot to make it all square late on (1-1, 82').
It means the Titis will finish between 11th and 13th place and so will travel to one of the teams in the national champions pathway in the next round, facing them in a one-off knockout game on 3 or 4 February 2026. The draw to find out who they play takes place on 12 December at 3:30pm CET.
The Rouge-et-Bleu, who lead the Premier League International Cup's Group C after two wins, go to Brighton & Hove Albion FC, 4th in the section, on Sunday (2pm CET). You can watch the game live on PSG TV Premium.
