Born in Trondheim, Norway, on 7th January 2007, Dorsin began her senior career aged just 15 at Rosenborg BK, where she wasted little time in displaying her talent as she scored five goals in 28 appearances for the club’s first team and won the Norwegian Women’s Cup in 2023.
Having signed for Paris Saint-Germain in September 2024, Dorsin made her Rouge et Bleue debut in an Arkema Première Ligue match against FC Fleury 91 a month later. Since arriving in the French capital, the young striker has racked up two goals and one assist in 16 appearances across all competitions.
Meanwhile, since starting her international career at U15 level, Dorsin has regularly been called up to Norway’s youth teams and currently plies her trade for her country’s U23s.
This loan spell at AS Roma is an excellent chance for me to continue my development in a new league and a new country, and I’m delighted to be taking up this challenge.
Paris Saint-Germain would like to wish Frøya an excellent second half of the season with AS Roma.
