Born on 25 August 1992 in Sant Quirze del Vallès, Catalonia, Ferran Solé plays as a right-winger. Having come through the ranks at BM Granollers, where he played for five seasons, he joined Fénix Toulouse Handball in 2016 before signing for Paris Saint-Germain Handball in July 2020.
Since arriving in Paris, Ferran Solé has established himself as a key player in the Rouge et Bleu squad. Renowned for his clinical finishing and consistency at the highest level, the Spanish right-winger has contributed to the club’s many successes and reached the milestone of 300 appearances in the Parisian shirt in October 2026. He also reached the milestone of 1,000 goals scored for Paris Saint-Germain during last weekend’s match against Montpellier. This contract extension confirms the important role he plays within the Parisian squad. Over the seasons, Ferran Solé has contributed to the Club’s successes while establishing himself as an indispensable member of the team.
“We are delighted to have Ferran on board for the coming seasons. Since his arrival, he has demonstrated his effectiveness and professionalism. His experience, consistency and commitment to the Club are real assets to our team. This contract extension is in line with the work we are doing and our ambitions for the coming seasons.”
“I am delighted to extend my time with Paris Saint-Germain through to 2029. I have been wearing this shirt for several years now and feel a deep connection to this club, where I have grown both as a player and as a person. I am proud to continue this journey with my team-mates and to keep giving my all for our colours and our supporters.”
