Women's football
The Nigerian Women's team won the Women's African Cup of Nations on Saturday 26 July, beating Morocco 3-2 in the final. It's the Super Falcons' first trophy in seven years!

What a crazy comeback! Trailing 2-0 at half-time against the host nation, the Nigerians found the strength to turn the game around and win the trophy, thanks to three goals scored in the second half.

The winning goal was scored by our Parisienne, who had come on as a substitute earlier in the game, securing her team's 10th trophy in their history with just two minutes remaining!
