Between thrilling matches, discovering Paris and immersing themselves in the Rouge & Bleu universe, the 44 teams taking part in the tournament enjoyed an unforgettable experience within the Paris Saint-Germain family.
An exceptional experience at the heart of the PSG universe
The first highlight of this major annual event took place ahead of the Paris Saint-Germain vs. Brest match, with a lap of honour by all 44 teams at the Parc des Princes. It was a unique opportunity for every participant to proudly represent their country and PSG Academy.
Campus PSG and its state-of-the-art sports complex hosted the first two days of competition. Young players, coaches and families had the chance to enjoy the same facilities used every day by Paris Saint-Germain players, from the Academy to the professional squads.
On the final day of competition, all participants had the unique opportunity to step onto the pitch of the Parc des Princes to contest the finals of the U-11, U-13 and Girls’ U-15 tournaments, at the end of which PSG Academy France lifted the trophy in the U-13 category, while PSG Academy Brazil claimed victory in the U-11 and Girls’ U-15 categories.
The PSG Academy World Cup is much more than just a tournament — it’s a unique experience. Since this weekend, we’ve felt like Paris Saint-Germain professional players: going to Campus PSG, meeting players from all over the world, and playing on the pitch at the Parc des Princes! Last week, I was watching this stadium on TV, and today we played there ourselves. It’s an experience I will never forget.
Winning the PSG Academy World Cup here in Paris is a dream come true. Coming from Brazil to experience several days immersed in the PSG world was already exceptional, but playing at the Parc des Princes made the adventure even more magical. Taking part in the lap of honour in front of the fans before the match against Brest was an incredible moment. We felt like Paris Saint-Germain professional players, and it’s something that will inspire us throughout the rest of our journey.
A River Seine cruise and a private tour of the Parc des Princes brought this memorable 100% Rouge & Bleu experience dedicated to PSG Academy players to a close.
Taking part in the PSG Academy World Cup allowed me to meet players from all over the world who share the same passion for football as I do. Everything was incredible: visiting the Parc des Princes, the cruise through Paris, discovering Campus PSG... It was the best day of my life!
