On Wednesday 7 October 2026, Mateo Maras played his 55th match for Paris Saint-Germain. Just over a year after his arrival in the French capital, the Croatian international capitalised on this record-breaking victory to reach his first milestone with the capital club: 100 goals in all competitions.
The right-back doesn’t do things by halves; he achieved this feat whilst also setting a new personal best for goals in the Champions League. With six strikes, he also equalled his league record for Paris - also six goals - against Dijon last season (27–34).
Of Mateo Maras's 102 goals across all competitions, 70 came in 33 league matches, contributing to the club’s 13th French league title, secured in May. In the Champions League, the Croatian has scored 23 goals in 16 matches and added to this are the nine goals he notched in the Coupe de France last season.
This first milestone bodes well for the future. Having only just equalled his record for goals scored in a single match, our No.2 will be keen to continue his progress in the coming weeks to get even closer to his individual and team objectives.
