General Terms and Conditions of Sale

for Registration to the "Tight Muscle Injury (TMI)" Workshop

1. Definitions

ASPETAR: Refers to the world-renowned hospital specialized in orthopedics and sports medicine, a company organized under the laws of Qatar, with its registered office at Sport City Street, P.O. Box 29222, Doha – QATAR;

PSG Campus: Refers to the PSG Training Center, located at 100, rue du Grand Paris – 78500 POISSY, where the Workshop is held;

Client: Refers to the individual or legal entity signing the Registration Form;

Workshop: Refers to the event on the management of muscle injuries (Tight Muscle Injury) organized by the Organizer on September 6–7, 2025, as detailed in the Program;

Financial Consideration: Refers to the amount paid by the Client to the Organizer under Article 5;

Registration Form: Refers to the form available at https://www.psg.fr/aspetar-rehabilitation-workshop and https://www.psg.fr/en/aspetar-rehabilitation-workshop allowing Participants to register for the Workshop;

Organizer: Refers to ASPETAR and/or PSG. ASPETAR and PSG will settle the necessary agreements between themselves for organizing the Workshop;

Participant: Refers to the individual attending the Workshop through registration by the Client;

Party: Refers to either the Client or the Organizer, or both;

Program: Refers to the schedule available at https://www.psg.fr/aspetar-rehabilitation-workshop and https://www.psg.fr/en/aspetar-rehabilitation-workshop ,detailing speakers, topics, services, and timing of the Workshop;

PSG: Refers to Paris Saint-Germain Football Club, SAS registered with the Paris Trade Registry under No. 382 357 721, headquartered at 24, Rue du Commandant Guilbaud – 75016 Paris.

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "GTCS") define the terms under which the Client registers one or more Participants for the Workshop in exchange for the payment of the Financial Consideration.

The signature or online acceptance of the Registration Form, as well as participation in any pre-registration process implemented by the Client, implies unreserved acceptance of the said Registration Form, the Program, and these GTCS, which prevail over any purchase order or the Client’s general purchasing terms.In case of conflict, specific mentions in the Registration Form prevail. The Client guarantees compliance by all registered Participants with these GTCS.

The Organizer may amend the GTCS at any time. The applicable GTCS are those accepted at the time of registration. Acceptance is done via an "opt-in" checkbox confirming understanding and agreement.

3. Participant Profile

The Workshop is intended for students and professionals in health sciences and physical activity/sports sciences.

4. Registration Procedure

Registration is confirmed once the completed Registration Form is received, these GTCS are accepted online, and the Financial Consideration is paid.

The Client warrants that the person completing the Form and accepting the GTCS is authorized to bind the Client.

Registrations are limited to a maximum of 40 Participants.

PSG will send confirmation of registration via email.

Registration is final, and no refunds will be made except as specified in Article 9.

5. Financial Consideration

5.1 The Client agrees to pay the flat rate indicated in the Registration Form. Travel, accommodation, and any other costs not included in the Program are at the Participant's expense.

5.2 Payment is made in euros by credit card or bank transfer at registration. An invoice is available on request.

5.3 The Financial Consideration is subject to VAT, potentially at different rates.

5.4 The Organizer may offer different prices based on registration dates or participant type, as outlined in the Program.

5.5 Any tax or withholding imposed on payments to the Organizer is the Client’s responsibility, who must gross up the amount so the Organizer receives the full Financial Consideration.

6. Client Responsibility

The Client undertakes to ensure that the Participants he registers comply with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the legal and regulatory safety requirements applicable in public sports venues, as well as the internal safety instructions such as the Internal Regulations of the PSG Campus, which the Client acknowledges having read and which are displayed within the PSG Campus.

7. Workshop Program

The list of speakers at the Workshop is non-contractual, and the Organizer reserves the right to replace any speaker listed in the Workshop Program with a speaker of equivalent quality, without incurring any liability.

The times indicated in the Workshop Program are also non-contractual, and the Organizer reserves the right to make minor adjustments and/or to modify the order of the topics covered, without incurring any liability.

Participants will be informed as soon as possible of any changes to the Program at the email address they provided during registration.

8. Access to the Workshop

8.1 Access Pass:

The access pass to the Workshop is issued in the form of an e-ticket sent to the Participant by email at the address provided during registration. The e-ticket must be printed in portrait orientation on blank A4 white paper, without altering the print size, using an inkjet or laser printer. No other format is valid. In case of poor print quality, it is recommended to reprint the e-ticket using a different printer.

The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any issues arising during the printing of e-tickets.

8.2 Entry Procedure:

The Participant shall access the Workshop through the designated entrances of the PSG Campus, carrying the printed e-ticket in accordance with the provisions of Article 8.1 above. The e-ticket will be scanned and recorded by the electronic access control system and/or checked by a representative of the Organizer. At the entrance, the Participant agrees, if required, to submit to security pat-downs, identity document checks, and visual inspection of hand luggage by police officers and/or authorized personnel of the Organizer. The Participant may be asked to present any items in their possession. Items prohibited under the PSG Campus Internal Regulations will be confiscated, seized, or refused. Anyone refusing to comply with such checks, pat-downs, or inspections will be denied access to the Workshop or escorted out of the PSG Campus.

The Participant agrees to follow all instructions given by the Organizer, especially those related to safety, and to maintain professional behavior at all times. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the Workshop without refund.

9. Force Majeure / Suspension

"For the purposes of this agreement, a force majeure event shall be deemed to include any event, circumstance, or situation beyond the control of the Parties, which could not reasonably have been avoided or overcome, and which temporarily renders the performance of all or part of any obligation under this agreement impossible.

Force majeure events under this agreement shall include, but are not limited to: acts of war, riots, fire, flood, explosion, earthquake, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, embargo, boycott, widespread poisoning, adverse weather conditions, and/or decisions by any governmental, regional, local, legislative, judicial, or regulatory authority.

If, due to a force majeure event, the Organizer is unable to hold the Workshop, the performance of this agreement shall be entirely suspended until the impediment is removed. The Organizer undertakes to reschedule the Workshop under conditions as close as possible to the original Program within a maximum of three (3) months following the initially scheduled date. After this period, the Client may cancel their registration, and the Organizer agrees to refund the full amount of the Financial Consideration received.

Neither Party shall be held liable for any failure to perform or for the termination of this agreement due to a force majeure event, and no compensation or damages may be claimed by either Party in such a case.

10. Cancellation / Termination

10.1 By the Organizer:

In the event of cancellation of the Workshop by the Organizer or due to a force majeure event, the Organizer agrees to refund the Client the full amount of the Financial Consideration received. No compensation or damages may be claimed by the Client in this respect.

10.2 By the Client:

The Client has the option to cancel their registration under the following conditions:

• Before August 16, 2025: full refund of the Financial Consideration (minus processing fees);

• From August 16 to August 30, 2025: 50% refund of the Financial Consideration;

• After August 30, 2025: no refund, and the Organizer retains the full amount of the Financial Consideration.

10.3 Termination:

If either Party breaches any of its contractual obligations and fails to remedy such breach within eight (8) calendar days following formal notice sent by the aggrieved Party by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, the aggrieved Party may terminate the order automatically with immediate effect, without prejudice to any compensation for damages it may have incurred.

11. Liability

The Organizer declines all responsibility in case of loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the Conference.

12. Insurance

The Organizer certifies that it is covered by several insurance policies, notably guaranteeing its general liability, all damage to property made available to it, all special risks related to its activity, as well as any direct, material, immaterial, or bodily harm, whether consequential or not.

The Client agrees to subscribe to and maintain, at their own expense, with a reputable and financially sound insurance company, a civil liability insurance policy that will cover the financial consequences of their civil liability (including Operating Liability, Post-Delivery/Product Liability, and Professional Liability) incurred within the scope of their activities, particularly regarding the Participants' participation in the Conference, due to bodily injury, material or immaterial damages, whether consequential or not, caused to third parties. The Client also agrees to hold the Organizer harmless against any claim, action, or proceeding brought against it due to damages caused by the aforementioned harmful acts.

13. Business Ethics

The Client declares and guarantees that they are aware of, and undertakes to act in strict compliance with, the applicable laws and regulations in France and abroad concerning anti-corruption, influence peddling, and conflicts of interest. The Client commits to, and guarantees the compliance with this commitment by, their employees, shareholders, directors, officers, affiliated companies, subcontractors, as well as their legal representatives.

14. Workshop Rights

It is understood that the Organizer is the sole holder of the exploitation rights of the Conference in any form whatsoever.

Consequently, conducting any promotional or commercial activity related to the Conference is prohibited without the prior written consent of the Organizer. In particular, it is forbidden to record, transmit, and/or commercially exploit sounds, images, data, and/or statistics for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Organizer.

15. Image Rights

Each Participant hereby consents to potentially being photographed and/or filmed by the Organizer’s service providers or third parties during the Conference. The photographs and/or videos taken within the framework of the Conference will, in particular, have commercial and promotional purposes for the activities of the PSG Campus, the Organizer, and its partners, across any current or future media, such as photographs, live broadcasts on giant screens, live or delayed television broadcasts, digital media, shows, and/or video or audio recordings.

In this context, the Participants agree to grant the Organizer, free of charge, their image rights on the photographs and/or videos taken during the Conference. They acknowledge having been informed that these may be used worldwide, for the purposes mentioned above, for a duration of 10 years, with these rights freely transferable by the Organizer to any third party of its choice.

Consequently, each Participant expressly waives any claim to image rights or copyright, and any legal action against the Organizer arising from the use of their image as described above.

Participants are also informed that they may at any time exercise their right to rectify and/or delete photographs and/or videos concerning them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 below.

16. Confidentiality

Each Participant agrees not to disclose any confidential or sensitive information exchanged during the Conference, particularly regarding the Organizer or its internal clinical practices.

17. Personal Nature of Agreement

The Client acknowledges that the Organizer has granted them registration to the Conference based on their status and declarations. Consequently, the Client guarantees the accuracy of the information provided regarding their situation and that of the Participants, and agrees to promptly inform the Organizer of any changes that may occur.

18. Personal Data Protection

The Organizer undertakes to process and store all personal information entrusted by the Client in compliance with data protection regulations and PSG’s personal data protection policy available on its website, solely for the purpose of organizing and managing the Conference and to keep the Client informed about the Organizer’s news, as well as to offer the Client priority access to goods and services related to the activities of the Organizer, its partners, and the Conference.

The Client is informed that they have the right to access, correct, and update any inaccurate or incomplete data concerning them, as well as to request deletion. The Client may request the portability of their data. The Client also has the right to object to processing or request its restriction. Furthermore, the Client may provide PSG with instructions regarding the retention, deletion, or communication of their data in the event of death and designate the person responsible for managing it.

To exercise these rights, the Client simply needs to send a message accompanied by proof of identity to the following email address: [email protected] or by mail to: Paris Saint-Germain - Ticketing/Subscription Service - 53, avenue Emile Zola – 92650 Boulogne-Billancourt Cedex. The Client may also contact the Data Protection Officer by writing to: [email protected]. A response will be provided within one month of receipt of the request.

PSG will do its best to respond to any questions regarding the personal data processing it carries out. In accordance with applicable regulations, the Client may also file a complaint with the CNIL following the procedures indicated on its website (https://www.cnil.fr).

19. Governing Law / Mediation / Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to the subscription or use of an Access Ticket must be notified to the Organizer by registered letter at the following address:

PSG - Ticketing/Subscription Service - 53, avenue Emile Zola – 92650 Boulogne-Billancourt Cedex.

In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the consumer Client may, free of charge, use the mediation service of the Association of European Mediators (AME CONSO) to which PSG belongs, within one year from the date of the written complaint sent to the Organizer:

• electronically: by completing the form provided for this purpose on the AME CONSO website: www.mediationconso-ame.com, or

• by postal mail: AME CONSO, 11 place Dauphine – 75001 PARIS.

Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

By accepting online, the Client acknowledges having previously read and unconditionally accepted the Conference Program and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
