PSG Academy sets up in the heart of Rabat and is opening two new sites

Following the inauguration by Achraf Hakimi of its very first centre in Casablanca in August 2024, the PSG Academy Morocco is entering a new stage in its development with the inauguration of two new training sites in Rabat, strategically located in the heart of the capital. This expansion reflects Paris Saint-Germain's ambition to strengthen its international presence by opening up to young talent in the Kingdom and consolidating its fan community in the country.

Exceptional facilities

The first site, located in Belle Vue, in the heart of the Agdal district, will offer young players modern facilities in the Paris Saint-Germain colours, in a central, secure environment that is easily accessible for families. The centre includes:

● A football pitch

● A state-of-the-art sports hall

● A fully equipped gym

● An athletics track

● An indoor heated swimming pool

The second site will be located in the Parc Hassan II, the city centre's green space, covering 20 hectares in the Hassan district. This urban park, safe and covered with trees, is particularly popular with local families. It offers an ideal setting for sporting activities for youngsters, with a wide range of facilities including basketball and volleyball courts, a climbing wall, a musical fountain, play areas, walkways and several football pitches that will benefit future players at the PSG Academy Rabat.

A 100 % PSG training experience

The two new centres will cater for children aged between 4 and 12 (U5 to U13 categories). Whatever their level, the young footballers will be supervised by coaches trained in the PSG academy methodology, who will be committed to enabling each player to fully exploit their potential and reach their highest level. Each child will benefit from a structured training programme, immersed in a 100% PSG experience in the Rouge & Bleu colours.

As well as the sporting elements, the coaches will also be responsible for passing on the values that the club holds dear: passion, excellence and respect.

The PSG Academy Morocco is reaffirming its desire to open up to new talent and to raise its standards in terms of training. By supporting players throughout the country, the academy aims to go even further. New openings are already planned in other strategic areas of the country, with the aim of making the PSG Academy Morocco a major reference in the PSG Academy network on an international scale.
