Born in Villepinte (Seine-Saint-Denis) in 2006, Naolia Traoré began playing football when she was 8 years old with Union Fosses Football. After spells at ES Marly-la-Ville and AAS Sarcelles, she joined Paris Saint-Germain in 2022, to complete her youth academy training. After receiving the Titi d’Or award in 2023, she climbed through the club's ranks to the Paris Saint-Germain first team.
Naolia made her professional debut in April 2024 against Paris FC and has made a total of 14 appearances for Les Rouge et Bleu. Last season, while training and playing with the first team, she also played for the U19s, winning the U19 Women's National championship 2025.
An accomplished youth internationalm Naolia has 45 caps and seven goals for France across the U16, U17 and U19 age groups. Alongside fellow Titis Alyssa Fernandes and Ornella Graziani, she was part of the France side that reached the final of the U19 European championship in 2025.
