Back from suspension to take on PSG, Bordeaux defender Michaël Ciani is looking forward to his first game of the season...
Michaël Ciani (Bordeaux defender)
"It's a huge match for us this weekend against Paris, even if we're preparing for it as we would any game. I was really stressed not being out on the pitch for our first two games of the season and I'm delighted to be over my suspension and playing again. Paris have strengthened their attack over the off-season and it's going to be very tough. We have to be strong. We'll try and stay compact and organised and hit them on the counterattack. They're playing at home, so they'll try and make the running. If we can keep a cleansheet we'll get at least a point. We're playing well, with plenty of possession, but we lack a little aggression in the challenges. Even if it's always a big game to play at the Parc des Princes, there are no easy games in Ligue 1."

Bordeaux absentees
Henrique is likely to miss out with injury. "He was injured when he got back from his holidays and he's still injured," declared Bordeaux coach Jean Tigana. Cheick Diabaté (knee), Ulrich Ramé (calf) and Abdoulaye Keita (shoulder), are all still missing, as is defender Marc Planus (knee), who has been training separately, but is unlikely to be ready in time for PSG.
