PSG right behind Les Bleus

Camp des Loges - Wednesday 09 September 2009 at 18:02

France has a huge match coming up on Wednesday night against Serbia in Belgrade - a match that will surely have a big influence on the outcome of the Group 7 World Cup qualifiers.

While there are no Parisians in Raymond Domenech's squad, Antoine Kombouaré's players remain staunch supporters of Les Bleus. "Obviously we're supporting France," explained Grégory Coupet (34 caps) at the Camp des Loges. "They must qualify and I believe they will," declared Jérémy Clément.

"It's going to be tough and it will be no place for the feint-hearted. It's a massive match for the Serbs too. They could qualify direct for the 2010 World Cup," continued Coupet. "With everything that was said during the week, I just hope the squad sticks together. Can they fight back? Do they have the qualities to dig deep? Only they can answer that!" added Grégory Coupet.
