On a daily basis, the Fondation PSG (PSG Foundation) works hand in hand with senior and youth clubs throughout the Ile-de-France region. The first professional sporting club to undertake such a venture, the PSG Foundation has three focus areas.
The PSG Foundation was created by Paris Saint-Germain to develop the club’s social role within the community, in cooperation with the region’s sporting structures, thereby installing the club in the community thanks to its role at the forefront of sport in the Ile-de-France region.
Jobs and training
The PSG Foundation created 32 youth jobs and provided on-the-job training at the Brevet d’Etat d’Educateur Sportif. As Ambassadeurs Rouge et Bleu (Red and Blue Ambassadors) at feeder and partner clubs, the youths profit from this experience in the field to improve their managerial, organisational and human relation skills.
Camps and Open days on the field
Respect, fair-play, competition… The PSG Foundation is a vehicle for transmitting the values of Paris Saint-Germain to the region’s youth clubs. The educational program has already seen more than 20,000 children profit from summer camps, workshops, day camps and tournaments…
Trust and working closely
The PSG Foundation works hand-in-hand with its educators and the youths of the Ile-de-France region via a network of over 40 feeder and partner clubs.
