Kombouaré: 'Great mental strength'

Antoine Kombouaré, Sylvain Armand and Stéphane Sessegnon look back at the Week 27 draw between PSG and Lens.

Antoine Kombouaré (PSG coach)
"It's a draw that's as good as a win because it was so tough. We equalised in stoppage time after really giving it everything. Above all, we showed real character and great mental strength to come from behind like that. It's fantastic! Congratulations to the players because it all came from them. After a very tough week, more than one thought we were finished. We showed tonight that you can count on us. Now we need to go after the three points against Sochaux next weekend."

Sylvain Armand (PSG defender)
"In equalising like we did, we showed a lot of people that we have character and pride. We managed to turn things around. We held on, defended well and tried to get forward and in the end, we equalised in the 94th minute. We haven't done that in a long time and it feels good."

Stéphane Sessegnon (PSG midfielder)
"We were lucky. Younousse hit the free-kick perfectly and Runje made a superb stop. It was important for one of us to get on the end of the rebound. It's great to have equalised because we haven't gone behind and then managed to equalise for a long time. We really showed a great mentality tonight. I hope that luck has turned in our favour at last. Even if we didn't win, we equalised in the final seconds and that's important."
