PSG coach Antoine Kombouaré fronted up to the press to discuss Tuesday’s French Cup last-16 clash against Vesoul.
Coach, how have you been sleeping?“Not well. But even when you’re winning, the coach doesn’t sleep well. But that’s not important. We’re low on confidence. We’re going through a rough patch and we don’t have time to cry over spilt milk. That’s a good thing. It’s important to get back to winning ways and give our confidence and morale a boost.” PSG have to bounce back against Vesoul…
"Vesoul know that we're struggling. It's never easy to play an opponent hyper-motivated to take on PSG. They'll be desperate to knock us off. It's a very important match for us to keep moving forward. In terms of the play, we're actually playing well. But it's true, the results aren't there."

It’s a synthetic pitch at Vesoul. Will that be a factor?
“It changes the bounce. Vesoul are playing at home on a surface which they’re used too and suits them. We have to hold on to the ball and be very wary because the ball moves a lot quicker on this surface.” Do the players have confidence in you?
“You’ll have to ask them. I’ve never asked them because I see what’s happening out on the pitch. I see the work they put in at training every day. The most important thing for us is that we get back to winning ways.”
