Paris Saint-Germain's 17-year-old Jimmy Kamghain has signed the first professional contract of his career - a three-year deal with PSG.

Jimmy Kamghain (PSG striker)
"I'm delighted to have signed on as a professional player with Paris Saint-Germain - it's a great honnour for me and my family. It's a great birthday present [for 3 July]. PSG means everything to me, it's the capital! I'm also happy for Alassane Tambe and Alphonse Areola who also signed deals recently. I've known them both for a long time."

Philippe Boindrieux (PSG general director)
"Jimmy is a very good striker who plays in the France U-18 side. A number of big English clubs were looking for him but we convinced him to stay and continue his career with us. It's much better for our youngsters to complete their youth academy training with us here at Paris Saint-Germain. We're very happy with this signature."
