Microsoft France and Paris Saint-Germain are delighted to announce the signing of a new partnership that will run until the end of the 2013-14 season.

This partnership confirms the new direction of Microsoft brands to engage with the world of football.

"We are delighted to be able to associate the images of Xbox and Surface with that of the prestigious Paris Saint-Germain football club, by becoming here forth the official game and tablet of the Club," declared Microsoft France General Manager Alain CROZIER. "This partnership reflects our growing association with France's most popular sport."

This partnership between Paris Saint-Germain and Microsoft will involve a heightened visibility of the brand, a complete hospitality program at Paris Saint-Germain matches and the creation of a series of events and promotional operations. To this end, Microsoft and Paris Saint-Germain will work together to improve the 'stadium experience' and the public services at matches. Microsoft will equip the VIP Salons as well as certain zones of the mythical Parc des Princes stadium with Surface Tablets and Xbox consoles.

"This Parntership with Microsoft reflects the growing notoriety of Paris Saint-Germain. This latest international market leader associated with Paris Saint-Germain shows the confidence in our project and our brand," revealed Paris Saint-Germain General Manager Jean-Claude BLANC.

Xbox and football go hand in hand
Available on November 22, 2013, the Xbox One is the first new generation game in France. Conceived with the players, for the players, its game experience is like no other. By becoming the official Paris Saint-Germain game, the Xbox One sees the Xbox brand continue its association with the football community; a universe that is part of its DNA given that it is already associated with "FIFA 14" of Electronic Arts, the best-selling sports game and one that will be offered free of charge with each pre-order of a "Day One" Pack.

The Surface is delighted to become the official tablet of this emblematic club. This partnership was a logical association given that both brands look to the future and strive to offer unique experiences to their fans and users. The App of this leading Club is already available on the Windows Store and allows all supporters of the football to live their passion on their Surface.
