The summer transfer window opens on 13 June for the registering of official playing contracts for Ligue 1 and Ligue 2.

The mercato opens at midnight on the morning of 13 June 2012 and closes at midnight on the evening of Tuesday 4 September 2012. The winter transfer window will open at midnight on the morning of 1 January 2013 and close at midnight on 31 January 2013.
