Coupes de la Ligue now sit in Paris Saint-Germain's trophy cabinet. By beating Monaco (4-1 on 01/04/2017) at the Parc OL, Paris improved their record of the most wins in the competition. The Rouge et Bleu (who won in 1995, 1998, 2008, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017), are ahead of Bordeaux (2002, 2007 and 2009) and Marseille (2010, 2011 and, 2012), who have each won the Coupe de la Ligue three times.

consecutive away wins in a league season: a national record equalled. Winners in Rennes (1-0 on 14/01/2017), Nantes (2-0 on 21/01/2017), Dijon (3-1 on 04/02/2017), Bordeaux (3-0 on 10/02/2017), Marseille (5-1 on 26/02/2017), Lorient (2-1 on 12/03/2017), Angers (2-0 on 14/04/2017) and Metz (3-2 on 18/04/2017), the capital club equalled the record set by Marseille, who won their final eight away games in season 2008-2009.

Paris Saint-Germain won their 11th Coupe de France, beating Angers (1-0 on 27/05/2017) at Stade de France, to establish a new record for titles in the competition. The Rouge et Bleu (who won in 1982, 1983, 1993, 1995, 1998, 2004, 2006, 2010, 2015, 2016 and 2017), are now aheadof Marseille, who have won the trophy ten times (1924, 1926, 1927, 1935, 1938, 1943, 1969, 1972, 1976 and 1989).

consecutive wins for Paris Saint-Germain in the Coupe de France. Simply put, that's the longest win streak in the competition for the three-time reigning champions. Their last defeat in the competition dates back to 22 January 2014, when Montpellier undid them 2-1 at the Parc des Princes in the round of 32. Only Lille (24 matches from 1945 to 1949, including two replays following draws) and Red Star (20 matches from 1920 to 1924) have recorded longer winning runs in the Coupe de France.

away goals in Ligue 1 for Edinson Cavani. The Uruguayan international set a new French league record for goals on the road in a single season. The previous benchmark had been set by Josip Skoblar, who bagged 18 away goals for Marseille in season 1970-1971.
