Crowned French Ligue 1 champion and winner of the Trophée des Champions in 2013, Thiago Motta has played 65 matches for Paris Saint-Germain and scored eight goals in two years. The former FC Barcelona (225 matches, 21 goals) and Inter Milan (83 matches, 12 goals) player, has played 56 matches in the UEFA Champions League, a competition he won in 2006 and 2010. Thiago Motta has also been crowned champion in three different countries (Spain, Italy and France) and played 18 times for Italy.
"I am very happy to continue following my dreams with Paris Saint-Germain. I want to help the Club reach their ambitious goals, both in France and in Europe", said Thiago Motta after signing his new deal.
