Celebrating its 100th year, FC Barcelona is rightly considered one of the pillars of European football. The club from Catalunya even wrote some pages of its history at PSG's Parc...

Before the upcoming gala against Carlo Ancelotti's men, Blaugrana have already played ten times at the Parc des Princes, but only three of them were against PSG, including that elimination at the hands of Raï's side in the Champions League quarter-finals 17 years ago (15 March 1995, 2-1).

The first real meeting between Paris and Barcelona at the Parc came on 19 April 1977. That evening ended in a 1-1 friendly draw with the Catalan goal scored by a certain Johan Cruyff.

Five years later it was none other than Diego Maradona, another legend to have worn the Blaugrana who scored one of Barcelona's four goals as the visitors ran out 4-1 winners (4-1, 13 November 1982).

Aside from these meetings, the FCB played at the Parc seven other times between 1952 and 1974, with five friendly matches, notably against Racing, and twice in the finals of the Copa Latina.

For episode number 11, you still need to wait a little longer...
