Laurie29 – One of your aims is to make the Brazil national team. Do you think PSG can help you reach that goal ?
“Yes, I think so. PSG are a big club in Brazil and that was one of the reasons I decided to sign here. Almost every PSG game is shown live in Brazil. I know that if I have a big season, my dream could come true.”

Laurie29 – You scored your first goal for PSG in your first match at the Parc des Princes. How did that feel?
“It was a really special moment. We won the match and I really enjoyed that goal at the end. I hope I’ll score a lot more goals this season.”

Parisien93 – Last season you scored 14 goals with Monaco. Are you more of a goal scorer or a goal provider?
“My main role is to set up goals. But obviously scoring myself makes me happy. If I can score and set up goals and the team wins, then that’s even better.”

Parisien93 – You also played for Espanyol in Spain. What do you remember about the derby matches with FC Barcelona?
“What I remember most of all is the last match we played at the Camp Nou. We were the only team to beat them at home all season, 2-1. It’s an incredible memory to have played against that team that won everything in such a fabulous stadium. We won the derby! We played brilliantly that day.”

Akli – What are the main differences between Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain?
“Both are traditional big clubs in France. The most obviously difference is the number of supporters. There are a lot more here at the Parc des Princes. Monaco is very small and there are lots of foreigners. In Paris, there’s greater media exposure and that means more pressure. The facilities are similar, but the environments are very different.”

psg03 – Who is your favourite Brazilian to have played for PSG?
“I’d say Raï, Valdo and Ronaldinho. I didn’t see a lot of their matches live, but on the videos I’ve watched, those three impressed me the most.”

Sessegnon1o – Do you think PSG is going to have a good year in Ligue 1 and the Europa League?
“Yes, I really think so. We’ve got a quality squad and if we work hard and well, which is just what the coach demands every day, we have a huge potential. If we focus on each game we can go along way in all our competitions.”

Moderation PSG – What do you think about the Europa League draw?
“It’s a really good group, perhaps one of the most difficult in the competition. There are three teams that are all about the same standard and it’s a good chance to see what we’re capable of. Sevilla and Borussia Dortmund are very good sides and I heard that the Ukrainians, that I don’t know too much about, are very good too. We have to start well because only two sides will qualify from the section.”

Quentinpsg86 – Is the Brazilian championship better than the French Ligue 1?
“It’s very different. I don’t think either is necessarily better. In Brazil, the league is very technical and physical whereas in France, its very tactical. I really don’t know which is better. What I do know is that it’s very difficult to adapt when you arrive from Brazil because in France, it really is top level football.”
