Jean-Eudes, the end of the training camp at La Baule is fast approaching… How has it gone?
“The camp has been going really well. We’ve really given it everything over these four days. I think it’s been tough going for everyone, but we’ve all worked hard and I hope we’ll play better because of it.”

How did Tuesday’s game against Vannes go for you?
“It was really tough on a frozen pitch. We managed to make the difference in the first half. That makes life a lot easier. From a personal point of view, I scored a goal, but above all, it was a team win. It was tough to play for 70 minutes, but I’m starting to rediscover a bit of form.”

Do you think a training camp in freezing conditions is a good way to prepare for the matches in January and February?
“I sure hope so! First of all, we’ve got our Cup games against Aubervilliers (on Sunday) that could be played in the same conditions as the Vannes game, that is, on a frozen pitch. Then we take on Guingamp and Lille and I think this camp will prove the ideal way to prepare for those games.”

PSG has three games in a week. Which one of those are you most worried about?
“The game against Aubervilliers. They’re a few divisions below us, so will be looking to bring us down. It’s a classic banana skin game. We need to get through and qualify. We need to go at them from the start, make it hell for them. We need to score quickly to give their confidence a knock from the outset. We’re playing at the Parc, at home. We’re the red hot favourites and we have to justify that status.”

What can we wish for you in 2010?
“Play lots of games and score lots of goals!”
